Ann and Deian live in San Diego and decided to have a small local courthouse ceremony and then explore some of their favorite scenic spots for portraits. They’re both engineers who love hiking, and they met in San Francisco at a Pride Parade brunch! Their style is super unique – Ann arrived with an awesome funky bouquet and cool updo, and Deian rocked a mustard yellow velvet blazer, floral black pants, and a hot pepper in lieu of a boutonniere. I loved everything about this day!

We started the day at the San Diego Courthouse, where Ann and Deian had their first look before we went inside for their wedding ceremony.


After the courthouse we went to Balboa Park, which is basically a photographer’s playground! What a beautiful place!

We made it to Sunset Cliffs Natural Park just in time for sunset!
